Politicians and drugs

So many are arrested for possession of drugs. Do you think any politician is stopped for possession of drugs and let go? And why is that? Shouldn't they be for enforcing the law and not just making it?

What about some law that they too should be subjected to drug tests like other citizens of this country are? Lawmakers and ones who take an oath to serve this country and practice justice should apply that to themselves also, not just the ones they don't know.

And my people, you think the politicians are corrupt in in DC? Check out small towns in this country. They are the most close minded selfish uneducated people. They don't make decisions in fairness to everybody. They steal, lie, and cover up major crimes committed by relatives, friends, of just others from the town, but they're damn well hard on outsiders. And this is not racism, just terrible people. Terrible, rude, brutish people.

All politicians should be held to the same standard as everyone else. They too are citizens like you and me, not better with any other privilege to break the law and get away with it.

Exactly

Have you had a conversation with someone and every other word they say is "exactly?" Are these people nuts or just plain stupid? I woke up this morning because I had to work. "Exactly" they would say. I took my daughter to school. "Exactly" they would say. I farted because I needed to exactly they would say. You are very stupid exactly, exactly they would say. My people and they say God is a just God.

Your choices affect everyone, not just you

Does everything that you do affect everyone? What about what you do behind closed doors? Don't take showers, keep your room or house filthy dirty, misspend money, or buy what you don't need especially when you can't afford it, and see how much all that affects others.

People say all the time "let people do what they want." But can people doing what they want affect others in more ways than you can expect?

Look at the banks' decisions, the auto makers, government employees, the politicians, your children, wife, husband, or friend. What about just a neighbor that you hardly know?

If you eat an unhealthy diet it affects everybody else. If you overspend it does. Even when you think it's just a harmless lie, it affects everyone in some way.

Are we all connected in someway or the other? Think again before doing anything like when you pick up that plastic bag at the grocery store or just don't take care of yourself. My people, you are affecting everyone in some way or the other.

Think in a good way before doing anything, especially you the politicians who think your have all of the right answers to questions that you don't really know.

Michael Jackson at his best

This was Michael at his best after he released his "Thriller" album. This particular track, "Billie Jean," has one of the best R&B beats ever in my opinion.

The King of Pop will be missed. Peace.

Michael Jackson

I was really sorry to lose Michael Jackson. He was a great performer and he will be sorely missed.

What do Rev Wright and Obama really think about Jews?

Rev Wright, them Jews, but he misspoke. He meant to say "Zionists," not Jews.

Did Obama sound in someway that he did not have strong feelings about Jews in America when he said to a French reporter that America is one of the largest Muslim countries in the world? And the Jews are catching up. Israel should stop building settlements in Gaza and let the Palestinians have the land back. If I am correct, don't you think if one reads between the lines they can get the picture?

Obama attended Rev. Wright's Church for over 20 years. What does that mean?

Obama was criticized for putting his feet up on the desk while speaking on the phone to the Israeli PM. It is a disrespectful in the Middle East to do that. Obama's father was a Muslim. And Obama has some Muslin upbringing. Why did he use that disrespectful gesture?

Could Obama just not care whether someone is a Jew, Muslim, etc., etc. and just wants everybody to get along?

Mixed feelings huh.

We are all one no matter what religion, race or origin. We are the same. Lets get together and stop digging and reaching into every little thing that one says. But maybe we should. The smart ones talk in circles.

I wouldn't give anything to change who I am. Would you? Be proud of who you are at all times and let others be too.

Where are you with religion?

I am a Catholic and will be until my death. I believe that there is something to a form of a God. Something or someone is responsible for all of this. It can't just be coincidence. Do you think we are a form of computers that someone owns? Look, even man has made computers that talk and that are even more advanced than humans. Wow. So if man can do this and control it to an extent, then maybe we are just a form of computers owned by some being. When the Bible says God gave us our own free will to choose, does that remind you of the things you cannot make your computer do? Like paying your bills and getting another one and then your creditor would say it's the computer. So the computer too has it's own free will at times to do things. Why? Maybe it is programmed to do that.. just like human are. Something like a wild animal, house train it all you want, but someday it will act on it's own free will and then man would say that lions or snakes, be it whatever etc., etc., went crazy.

In the Bible it says that God is a jealous God. It also says we are given our own free will. But if we do not please God then you shall be punish. Why give a child their own free will and when they do not do things your way, you punish them? Huh.

I remember as a child I was beaten so badly by a nun because I refused to do my homework. A priest Father David had to pull her off me. I sometimes wonder looking back whether she was of God. That has stayed with me all my life. Than talking to an Episcopalian priest, he told me that he did not know if there was a God. He became a priest because it was a good job with good benefits. Huh, well I was shocked, but if doctors, lawyers and state workers do it why not a priest? And with all the little boys they can get to. Not all priests are that way though.

And not long ago a nun told me that she did not like Mother Teresa because she refused to accept washing machines for her convent. She preferred to live as poorly as she could. This nun reminds me of ministers who drive around in expensive cars, live in mansions and dine at high end restaurants while their congregation is mostly in the poor house.

I usually look at things in ways that could be stupid. Oh yeah very stupid, but when I see the designs of Mormon temples, Muslim mosques, Catholic churches, Buddhist temples, and a few more they all have some similarity. Even the way the Catholic priests, nuns, Muslim women, Muslim men and Jews all have some similarity also. There is something there I believe. Very close, but man started changing things from day one because of the free will and choices and by the time it comes down to about 200 years ago. It was telling someone a secret and when it got to the five persons it was a completely different story.

Why do mostly people of the cloth commit the worst sins? Why does anyone become a doctor or lawyer or school teacher? We all have our own self interest whatever we decide to do.

Something is controlling this world, but is it the God of all regions or is it the high power of all the Gods of regions?

What does an ant see when walking on your lawn?

As humans we can see and know that we are on earth and there are many other planets out there. That is as far as we can see. So with an ant walking and taking a stroll on your lawn, do you think they know that they are in the same universe with us? Can they even see us or are we too big? Do you think when they bite us it is because they are evil or they just think we are part of the earth they are digging into like how we humans do with this earth we live on? When a bug bites you and infects you what would happen if you don't get treatment? Your body would be destroyed, just like how we destroy this world every day.

What about all of the bugs that live within us? Do you think they have a purpose to survive?

Sometimes I think that we are just as small in the eyes of creatures that are too big for us to see just like how we are too big for the ants to see.

What about bed bugs? Just a very stupid though. Ynot.

The oldest country in Africa has made history again

Liberia, West Africa, is not just the oldest county in Africa, but now the first country to have a large number of women in it's government. For many years Liberia was ruled by chauvinist men. Some of those people were very terrible and thought not much of anything other than their pocketbooks.

For some reason the people got tired and decided to choose the first woman as president and let me tell you Liberia has changed for the better within her three years of leadership. Of course there are some men in the government, but women are in control and some of the corruption has been limited. I say some okay.

Do women do evil things just as bad as or worse than men? Of course they do, but women often spend too much time planning out whatever they want to do and sometimes when they get around to doing it, it's too late.

Men on the other hand, if they want to steal from a mine in Elko, Nevada area, they just act hoping to get away with it. It's not all true when they say men think with their picker head. Some do with their empty peanut brains all the time.

Do you know one? Huh.

Shock at what he or she did

How well do you know your husband, wife, children, father, mother, brothers, sisters, friends, co-workers, etc, etc?

I hear all the time after someone does something terrible that "I am shocked to learn that he or she could do something like that." I have known him or her for many years and they were always happy, playing with their kids, and a very nice neighbor. They stayed by themselves, never bothering anyone, always had a smile for everyone, never said anything bad about anyone. Truly, my people, you did not know that person, especially if you are living in America.

People are dishonest in every little thing they do. They smile when they are mad. They lie and say they like something knowing that they hate it. They put up a big front.

You are shocked my people because you know nothing about that person. Really. You can live in a house with someone for fifty years and let me tell you there is something about that person that you don't know. If you were a fly on the wall in a closed door room and saw what someone was doing in private you would be shocked.
It could be someone you would bet your life on that you know everything about.

Lets not be shocked when we hear that someone we love and think we know has done something terrible. What about something good? We're always amazed with a wow. We didn't know he or she had that in them.

Have you heard someone say "I am shocked at what I did?" Why? It's something to think about. Oh well.

An eye for an eye, what goes around comes around

Does "an eye for an eye" mean that if someone hits you then you should hit them back? What about "what goes around comes around?" Someone breaks into your home; you should break into theirs also.

Maybe an eye for an eye really means treat others as you would like to be treated. And you know we all like to treated with respect and love. What about "no good deal goes unnoticed?" Is that true? How many times have you done something for someone and they looked the other way in favor of someone else?

You love a girl with all your heart, will do anything for her, yet she is in love with some clown.

Could a boy love a boy, a girl love a girl, or a transvestite or bisexual? It sounds complex but it is not. It still applies to all my people.

Is love really blind or do we just refuse to see true love sometimes?

Nonsense on my part. Huh.

The author of Amazing Grace and the melody by the unknown slave

(Words by John Newton, melody by unknown slave.)

Amazing Grace: The Story of John Newton

Thank you to the Booyaka Mix web site for pointing me to this video.

All places of worship should look more like the inside of this video (whites, blacks, Asians, etc., etc.) We all should worship together. Come on my people, do we really need black churches and white churches in America? We are all Christians. Huh.

Charities for whom? Ones in need or the pastor's or organizer's pockets?

There are so many organizations out there for charities for the needy. Do you think that workers for these organizations should be only people who want to help the needy and not get paid for it? There are many retired people other than meals on wheels out there who can do such a good job. Even teenagers who need work experience should get involved helping the needy. Don't you think so?

Most donations go to the workers' salaries and their own needs and just a very small fraction goes to the needy.

Maybe you should find just one really needy person or family and help them directly instead of going via some charities that are just for their own pockets.

Stop giving to the not needy and make sure you give to someone who really needs some major help.

Watch out for that swine flu

Or you could end up looking like this!

So be sure to wash your hands frequently, and if you feel like you are coming down with the flu, try not to spread it to others.

Are dandelions weeds and who put them into that category?

I personally think dandelions bloom beautiful bright lovely yellow flowers. When I was a kid, my mother would say "make sure you get rid of all of the dandelions." Why are they the bad guys? Is that a form of discrimination? Even with plants we have decided what to like and dislike. We mow our lawns and cut our flowers back so they can grow more and more lovely. Well, that is the result that we get after cutting and breaking off parts of our plants. But how do we know for sure that it is the right thing for the plants?

Dandelions remind me of minorities in every society. The more one tries to destroy them the more they fight and come back. We kill dandelions out of our gardens every single year, or at least we think we do and they come right back the next year in droves, much more than the year before. Is it evil on our part? What about live and let live? This a stupid thought. Huh.

Living dangerously

Does anyone else want to try this?

How can you tell an educated person?

The word "educating" means "the process of educating or of being educated; the knowledge obtained through learning; the field of teaching and learning."

People run around all the time trying to impress others that they are highly educated. They flash their degree around not realizing that a well, honest, respectable educated person does not need to do that. If you are educated and have spent time obtaining your knowledge people will see it without your saying or acting.

Do you think a well educated person uses words with someone who does not or will not understand what they are talking about? What about making fun of someone's accent, their pronunciation, or because they don't know something you know? Is that being highly educated or you just got through schooling? Should you write a letter to someone using words that you know they cannot understand? Why? Are you trying to impress them or help to educate them?

Maybe well educated people should talk to everyone they meet on that person's level with respect and dignity.

Don't you dislike someone who would tell you something, and when you disagree and say its the other way, they would say "I got a PHD, I am a very educated person?" Oh, well educated or got thought schooling with passing grades?

Do you think that most of the problems with America these days are from most baby boomer's who got pushed to the next grade just because? It's like in the case of your doctor. You know more about what is wrong with you than they do. Yet they pretend that you are wrong and prescribe meds for you that are money making for them, putting your good health last. Have you had a doctor prescribe a medication for you and when you say "what about this other med" they agree? What about unnecessary surgeries out there? Is it really all about money making for them or they just don't know because they have not applied themselves intelligently about the matter? Education my people. We all should educated ourselves in every aspect of life.

Most do not get degrees in certian areas because they want to help others in need. It is only for the pocketbook. If you think that most politicians fight to become who they are for you/me, lets think again. They got thought school and were given a degree. They did not earn it and they know it.

What about attorneys who would take your money and tell you how to handle your case, but you can do a better job in succeeding than they can? And some school teachers, don't they make you wonder how they got their credentials to teach? And this goes on and on my people. Should teachers be a teacher every day of their life, even when not teaching? What about after school at a bar? Should teachers hang out in places that their students shouldn't? What about tattoos and piercing various parts of the body? I don't think anything is wrong with tattoos and piercings, but as a teacher or attorney or doctor you should live the life.

America, we are in this mess because we have the most stupid uneducated people who think they are educated. Education should not be about getting thought schooling my people. It should be about learning and being able to process intelligently without having to tell someone you have so and so degree.

Do you know that there are many around who are much smarter and intelligent than a lot of the so-called PHD holders? Some congressmen's and politician's brains are as empty as a peanut shell.

Who's riding the back of the bus these days in America?

It has been that minorities, especially blacks, were at the back of the bus in most cases. It was so obvious that most blacks expected it and went along with it.

Then it went to black men at the back of the bus when African females would get a job before a black man.

But now it doesn't matter what color you are. If you are poor, then whether you are white, Asian, black, blue, green, or yellow, you are at the back of the bus. Today's poor people of any color now play the role that blacks used to play.

Can you remember when even a trashy white uneducated person would call a black person a nigger? Some still do, those that slip through without noticing education. My people, now if you are not one of the big boys or girls around your community, trust me you are way, I say way at the back of the bus, maybe just hanging on the bumper.

My people, you have got to know the right people in every aspect of your environment to make it these days. All middle and poor class are at the back of the bus.

Prostitutes

According to the Webster's II dictionary the word "prostitute" means "(n) One hired as a sexual partner", "(v) To offer oneself or another as a paid sexual partner. To devote to an unworthy or debasing cause."

If the definition is right then even wives, lovers and so called partners are prostitutes. A person who walks the street hoping to be picked up for sex and paid is a prostitute. What about a person who hopes to have sex with the boss for a promotion or to get away with things that others can't? What about just someone who dresses in a way to draw sexual attention without giving up their body? Are they also a hooker?

What about a wife who gives her husband sex hoping he would buy her that new dress she has been wanting for some time? Is she a prostitute? If this is true then almost everyone is a prostitute.

We go on and on about how the Europeans are so relaxed when it comes to sex and countries like America are not. Huh, give me a break my people, all you see on TV is sex. Can you name one daytime soap on TV in which sex does not play the biggest part? Okay.

Then that makes all of those producers, not just the porn producers, in a way prostitutes because they are putting sex out there and getting paid for it.

One can be a prostitute in so many ways. Not just the call girls are.

Why should Guantanamo Bay prisoners stay out of America

I wonder who captured these detainees that are kept at Gitmo? Was it we the Americans or was it another nation that did it? I ask because if they are our prisoners then why are they not detained in the USA? Is this because we do not have good enough security here and can't trust our own? Is it any cheaper to keep them off from our shores? What about all of the other major criminals that we have here right now? Do you really think we are any safer without those detainees being in the USA? If so that means we are terrible and do not work together if they could get out or do things from prison. It's on us that we are so greedy and want to pretend to be so responsible.

If they are the prisoners of the USA then they should be imprisoned here. Or should we leave them at Guantanamo just because the Bush Administration did it? We are capable of managing 245 terrorists. Aren't we? If not we just told the world that we are incompetent in more ways than I thought. I hope it's not true, but maybe.

Obama Guantanamo Speech: Pledges To "Clean Up The Mess"
